Tinh Vân Launches AI Champions – Igniting the Spirit of AI Adoption

On August 25, 2025, Tinh Vân officially launched the AI Champions – a pioneering community dedicated to driving the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across the Company’s operations and business activities. The group consists of 12 passionate members from TVH, TSO, and TVJ, who are eager to experiment, learn, and put AI-driven solutions into practice.

Leading the group is Mr. Phạm Thúc Trương Lương – Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO), who will provide direction, guidance, and inspiration to all AI Champions members. With strong support from the Leadership Team, especially under the leadership of the CAIO, the group is expected to operate with clear orientation and concrete strategies, becoming a driving force that spreads the spirit of AI adoption across Tinh Vân.

The AI Champions were established with key goals: to shape policies and strategies for AI applications at work; to evaluate and select suitable AI tools while standardizing a shared toolkit; to engage in training, knowledge sharing, and building an AI-driven culture; and to continuously research, experiment, and assess effectiveness to enhance productivity, product quality, and services. The group will also collaborate closely with the Leadership Team to promptly propose new initiatives.

The launch of AI Champions marks an important milestone in Tinh Vân’s innovation journey. The Leadership Team firmly believes that the group members will not only be pioneers in bringing AI into practice but also become a source of inspiration, spreading passion and a spirit of learning to all Tinhvaners. With AI Champions, Tinh Vân aspires to quickly foster a company-wide AI culture, turning technology into a practical companion that empowers every individual and team, driving the Company forward with strength and leadership in the AI era.
