Tinhvan Software Attends JIET Taiwan Event – Expanding Japan–Vietnam–Taiwan Technology Collaboration Opportunities

On October 30, the Japan Information Engineering Trade Center – JIET hosted a technology exchange event in Taipei (Taiwan), gathering Japanese technology enterprises, Taiwanese technology organizations, and representatives from regional digital service providers. This was one of JIET’s key cross-border networking activities, designed to strengthen cooperation in ICT, enhance business connectivity, and promote multi-national collaboration during a period where digital transformation demand is accelerating rapidly across the region.

At the event, Mr. Abe Satoshi – Director of BU4 Tinhvan Software and Head of JIET Vietnam – represented the JIET Vietnam Branch, delivering insights on the potential of Japan–Vietnam–Taiwan tech cooperation as offshore outsourcing standards, quality requirements, and DX-driven business needs continue to rise.

In his presentation, Mr. Abe emphasized Vietnam’s technology strengths and its ability to scale DX and cloud-based service delivery. Vietnam continues to be recognized for its young and capable engineering workforce, competitive cost efficiency, fast technology adoption, and most importantly – the deep understanding of Japanese-standard system development, which is known for its strict expectations regarding process discipline, quality assurance, and system stability.

In addition to the sharing from the Vietnam representative, the event also showcased real Taiwanese case studies on DX for SMEs, currently applied cloud/hybrid operational models, and cost-optimized DevOps approaches. Furthermore, topics such as AI adoption for operational optimization, automated software testing, AI-assisted coding, and cloud analytics were actively discussed at the event — demonstrating that AI is gradually becoming a highly promising new trend, shaping the future direction of the global technology industry.

Overall, the JIET Taiwan event on October 30 is not just a technical forum, but a strategic milestone that reinforces the technology cooperation framework among three rapidly developing digital ecosystems in East Asia.
